Rewarding tokens to people who contribute to an ecosystem rather than extract creates a flywheel of long-term loyal users. And somehow all the fancy tokenomics consultants have not realized this the last few years. Or have knowingly ignored this.

it's also a risk though, isn't eat? users that learn how to game the system can be a detriment for everyone, turning real contributions into fake content. It's a tough thing to balance, and I guess a lot of moderation is needed?
