For current throughput, Base has the most volume per interval - but, block time is 2s

Arbitrum block time is actually about the same as Solana (~250-300ms); so blocks land faster, although there's not much happening onchain

Sonic and Sei block time is ~0.5s

According to https://rollup.wtf/ base has the highest TPS and Gas throughput. No idea about sequencer performance and confirmation time though
