You can respond on the issue, how about Warpcast API? I can see it resolve verified addresses: https://client.warpcast.com/v2/verifications?fid=306636&limit=15

if I am allowed to use Airstack or Neynar API's I can get this delivered fast

if I should use free open API's only then I'd need to use Hubs and hubs don't store a mapping of Wallet Address to farcaster user name

you could go farcaster username to wallets from hubs or 1/2
