From burnt-out builder to Web3 strategist 📈
Eli Dubizh started as a dev: grants, hackathons, nonstop shipping. Then burnout hit.

🎯 Be specific: don’t say “I can do anything.” Say what you actually do: design, writing, modding, coding?
🧠 Study real projects: join Discords, read docs, follow along, and show up with curiosity.
📱 Build proof of work:

→ Write blog threads or explainers
→ Contribute, even in small ways
💡 Start with:

Here’s your Web3 Employee Survival Guide:
➡️ Get it in writing. Scope, pay, rights, timeline, log it somewhere that lives beyond DMs.
➡️ Milestone payments. Avoid “half now, half later.” Get paid as you deliver.
➡️ Ask upfront. Is there a token? When do you get it? How will your work be credited?
➡️ Who reached out? They go first. If they found you, they pay first. If you pitched them, show a sample first.
➡️ Protect your name. Be clear about your role. Don’t be blamed for bad decisions you didn’t make.
