I've been sleeping terribly the last few nights and I don't understand what's going on

I gave a spotlight about Egoblox on my Twitter handle and I so reached out to my friends using telegram to explore and use EGOBLOX as their crypto mini-app for Utility payments.

I realized that I need to go to bed earlier, it definitely helps to be more cheerful.

The weather has been great for the last few days

the greyness outside the window is very oppressive

autumn apathy of course overtook me as well. This is a difficult period of time during which you are not sure of yourself and you are always not in the mood.

I always get up cheerful now because I know how to lift my mood try different ways, some will definitely suit you

I practice cold showers every day, it's the best thing in the world.

set up your daily routine, it really will help you be more productive

I started drinking vitamins and it also adds energy to me

a cold shower helps me recharge my batteries in the morning
