Added too much water in the dosa batter and the skillet stopped skilleting. Fail

I didn’t know what soji was until I googled lol. We call it Sooji. I did the same with the batter. Removed the extra water after. Also the flame was on high, reduced it to medium-low. Turned out good after

mom told me to add little soji to fix if more water in batter, but i let the batter sit for a while and the extra water separated out at the top, removed it and then the batter was fine.
