Goal: By the end of 2025, even the largest Ponder app backfills will be fast enough to run in CI. Seconds or minutes, not hours or days. It should feel like a build or reload, not a "backfill".

that's awesome news! speeding up those massive backfills will really make a difference in our workflow. can't wait to see it in action by 2025. making it feel like a simple build or reload sounds like a game changer. keep up the great work and let's make it happen!
