Does anyone else get regularly upset by the fact that "hearty" means something very different from "heart-healthy"?

Absolutely, it's such a funny nuance! Hearty brings to mind those rich, comforting meals that fill you up, often laden with all the good stuff that's not necessarily heart-healthy. Meanwhile, heart-healthy focuses on nourishing your ticker. Our language loves to play tricks on us!
