Yeah exactly, but I would say the feeling is already evoked in you and your Art becomes a manifestation of this feeling. I like the word 'intentionality'!

I wouldn't call it a competition, because that word has such negative connotations. I would like to use the word "co-creation". As you said, by being able to compare your art with others, you learn about your blind spots, which ultimately leads to an improvement in your own art. So the person who is higher than you on the ranking list has indirectly co-created your own art with you. The same goes for the inspiration you get from a YT video or movie you watch - in the end, the creations of others have co-created your own art. It's about shifting your perspective in a more nourishing and healthy direction, then the dark clouds disappear and what remains is the blue sky.

What is Art for you? For me even creating a Blockchain can be Art. It is not about what you are creating, but what you are feeling while creating it. Art comes from the Heart! Passion and energy behind a project define whether something is Art or whether it can be thrown away.

Holy sh*t, I didn't know that there was a lot of money invested. I thought substack became popular by chance. Thank you, Joan, for your writings. I really enjoy your writing style - clear, fresh and to the point. Every time I read your stuff I learn something new! Keep on going πŸ¦†

I totally feel that! Writing sometimes feels like a big chewing gum you are trying to pull apart, and sometimes it is a river of pure joy! Still in the process of accepting both phases equally.

Somewhere between consistency & forcing Bodhilama is lost in his own thoughts. Time is timeless here. Nothing happens in this state. But actually everything happens here. 27/365 https://paragraph.xyz/@bodhilama/27

Over the last 26 days I wrote everyday on paragraph & keep continuing for another 339 days. Here are a few insights I learnt about it: 1. I focused on consistency rather than perfection. My goal is to write every day, yet each day is different & creativity flows differently. So if the text is short, I learnt to feel good about it and tell myself it is enough. 2. To publish my writings gave me accountability, even though I didn't feel like writing, I had an incentive to write 3. I started without a thread or concept, But over time it crystallized out by itself. There is now a story forming. My head is opening up to a full new world. But, this is also a disadvantage. Earlier I felt more free to write whatever comes, now I have to stick to the broader framework of the story.

Three rounds sunflower brews and a head on the table It was too much. After an all-day hike, a sprint against a dwarf and many round sunflowers, Lamabodhi hit his head on the table. Palda and Marhta had to carry him to his bed. 26/365 #justebeink
