I just hate when I ask a question to someone and he/she think I am farming moxie and didn't answer my question! 

I ask a lot of questions even before moxie! 

I don't hate moxie or Jason but folks can identify who's engaging before moxie and who is now just to earn it. 

I am not a dev or crypto pro. I don't understand lots of terms so I ask questions and google most of the stuff.

Yeah, I get this feeling too. 

I am getting lot less engagement from "big accounts" when I reply than before Moxie, but I think it's because so many other people are trying to interact with them now and they don't have the bandwidth to deal with it.

And it's a shame that good conversations with less influential people get very little Moxie. I have a thread today with a LOT of long, good, thoughtful replies that is only worth 15 Moxie because everyone participating is not high in social rank. 

We should be encouraging quality conversation here more than just burdening popular people to interact with everyone else.
