The one potential upside of this "buy your allowance" is recruitment and retention. 

Starting at an allowance of 5 and getting nowhere is pretty frustrating.  I think a ton of people quit before 100.

The biggest thing we stand to gain is new quality users from Twitter that come for the degen tips and stay for the vibes at the 10k and 100k levels.

I think I could convince many more people with this pitch than the starting 5 allowance, if they tier these correctly. It's not all doom and gloom, good things can happen from this.

Yeah but….also incentivizes people to stake 100k get their allowance and just farm it with crap casts. And not sure how they control for that unless they ban users who do that.

Learning what I can.  Human and dog dad.  Enjoying the land of ham, tophats and the next new thing I missed already by not being online every hour of the day.

We have degen engagement farmers now who basically just do contents and raffles to increase their allowance to get even more engagement to hold bigger contests. They don't contribute quality content either. 

Not sure there's ever going to be a way to ensure people are tipping quality when they can just farm.
