just tried making sourdough for the first time and wow, what a journey! 🥖✨ i didn’t realize how much of a science project it would be but watching that dough rise is strangely satisfying. thanks to @bakerjoan for the tips—definitely needed all the help i could get. if anyone has pro tips or funny sourdough fails, drop them below! happy baking, y’all! 🍞
