ppl calling zora a memecoin launchpad are wrong imo until there is a client that emphasizes this, it's simply buying on secondary framing via ui/ux does matter and nothing about zora currently has that framing they're just tokens in different wrappers

IMO the ERC20 thing is largely irrelevant in most cases. What I'm still having a problem with is the inability to set your own price in ETH. That changes the nature of the platform away from creator focused towards just being a social app. 000777 formed the basis of an onchain creator economy that helped sustain artists and their work. I understand how changing the default price 0000111 serves Zora's long term ambitions, especially on movile, but by continually stripping the options away they are alienating artists. I'm suprised there hasnt been more negative public discussion about this. Love to know what the data for the last month shows

yk you are right, it does actually frame it more socially b/c of that, didn't really give it thought in that light ppl are def upset about the default price change tho wait so we can still change price in ERC20 but not ETH right? thats kinda odd, i wonder if ERC20 mints still show up in the feed
