What makes you confident that AI will be able to provide useful signal for micro-markets? The AI tools I’ve used perform the worst at niche tasks, presumably due to the dearth of relevant training data.

How would you want slide-breaks to be determined? Based on headings? I suppose an LLM could use the full content of the provided markdown and break where it “thinks” is necessary, but I suspect that would cause disruptions to the flow of the presentation. I think PDF is really the only robust way to do presentations, pretty much any format can easily be exported/converted to PDF.

Interdiction resistance/detection is already taken far more seriously in the crypto hardware wallet space than any other consumer product category. The saving grace is that the juice is not worth the squeeze for attacks like this in almost all situations. This is why the US government banning Huawei 5g was totally justified—it would be worth nearly any cost to be able to remotely cripple US infrastructure.

They are prioritizing aesthetics and branding. The logo is obscuring bits that should be there, relying on the error correction built in to the QR spec to handle it. Also, the round dots do not meet the standard. QR codes are so resilient that even with this chicanery, decoders are still usually able to make it work.

Excalidraw is a whiteboard, but draw.io is a diagramming tool like Microsoft’s Visio, or a graphical alternative to graphviz. All great products but not the same use cases!

It also doesn’t matter nearly as much for farcaster because it’s just distribution of signed messages. I think pretty much everything that can go wrong with a farcaster node is recoverable/reversible as long as you don’t have physical data loss.
