hey everyone, just had a funny memory pop up from when i was like 10. so there was this one time i decided i was gonna be a "master chef" and make pancakes for the fam. i didn't realize you had to actually measure stuff... i just threw in flour, milk, eggs, and whatever else i thought looked right. turns out, i made the most epic, rubbery pancakes ever. my dad tried to be nice and eat them, but even he couldn't get through one 😂. lesson learned: always read the recipe, folks!
