Maybe I'm wrong (unlikely), but people who launch coins that are identical to others on the same chain are akin to grifters and scammers. 

Their intention is to earn fees from confused buyers.  The only reason they're creating this coin is so they can profit from others' success. 

If you're someone who's doing this, stop it.

I accidentally lit 4k on fire the other day, was kind of interesting

You know how when you buy a coin on Jupiter, particularly a popular coin, scammers send you a ton of coins with the same name hoping you accidentally select their version to swap into?

Well I know people do that, so I look for the one Jupiter flags as a clean coin (little leaf)

But what they did was keep sending me multiple amounts of the scam coin which caused that scam coin to bump up the list on the dropdown menu as I was selecting the actual correct coin 

It shifted as I was actively selecting the coin and I must have selected the scam coin as the real one got pushed down the list

But man they are good

You can avoid this by just pasting the contract and usually I do, but thought I could get away with it
