If you were curious as to why Gary and the SEC is so brazen in his attack on crypto it's because he's getting order from a deep faction of the US government who's trying to choke off crypto in the America.

Idk where the SEC thinks they getting the resources of people who understand crypto enough to litigate these cases well. Coinbase, Uniswap, Kraken, Consensys, Binance, Robinhood, ETH ETF appeals (when denied), a million ongoing small matters, Texas DJ actions, etc.
