Two questions to founders 1. How much money is enough to sell your business right now? (Might not be an actual figure, an estimate works) 2. Will you still remain working with ā€œyourā€ business after selling, and does that directly translate that you feel the business isn’t complete without you?

When it’s time to exit, the captain will be playing a different game than I am now. It depends. If you need a strong leader, then my sense is it’s better to let them have the reins, as having the old one around might question their authority. If it turns into a management job, then I’d stick around and make sure the MBAs don’t fuck it up
