Is there any good data on blockchain state growth? Want to understand how many megabytes or gigabytes per day are being added to full nodes in Eth, Solana etc.

Normal GPT says: Solana State Growth: Solanaās high throughput (with tens of thousands of transactions per second) leads to rapid state growth. A Solana full node requires several terabytes of storage, with an approximate size of around 3-5 TB. State Growth Rate: Solana can add tens of gigabytes per day to its state, depending on network activity. The rapid growth is primarily due to its high transaction volume. Mitigation: Solana uses data sharding, compression, and a concept called āvalidator snapshotsā to reduce the burden on full nodes.
