PSA for anyone who gives a talk at any conference EVER. 

I would go to events, be sitting in the back, and be so inspired and awed at the people speaking; it would mean the world to simply get their attention for a brief moment. 

To the speakers at these things, I know you’re probably wrapped up, thinking about your lines, if you said things correctly, if it’s going to make a headline — or if people will remember. But I hope you make it a mission to take some time to talk to the people that showed up, that you give them the light of day, because you never know, it could mean the world to a stranger and that may be more important than your talk itself. 

Chances are, people are inspired by you. Get to know them, you need them more than you think 😊

I would really appreciate if talks either a) teach me something new (aka the advanced crypto user/builder) or b) directly target new people outside crypto and makes them understand what it is about & how to get started.

This would be a game changer as the audience can pre-select whether it makes sense to join. Right now, many many talks are boring, either ask too much or too little of the audience or worst case: both at the same time 😀 

A personal note is never wrong though :)
