sharing sneakpeek and building in open on Farcaster does wonders. founder my co founder @peter (great entrepreneur who happens to be an engineer) here when there were less than 600 people, so you can find not only coin alfa, but talent alfa here ty @dwr.eth @v for building FC

Contract to hire every time. Practice like you play. Look for curiosity, self-direction, velocity. Long term part time is a trap

Let them claim a bounty that involves the actual problems you’re solving. Ask friends to review their technical choices when possible. Move from bounties to contractor. If they buy into the vision, move them to team with equity (4 years vesting, 1 year cliff).

I got lucky. Belgian dude that loved to drink beers and build software on weekends. He had a good gig but I could tell he really wanted to do something more. So just gave him a call and said you can build whatever you want and I’ll protect you from the rest of the bullshit
