what can we learn from pumpfun and hyperliquid? two of the most successful products in 2024 my takeaway is 1) always own your liquidity and distribution 2) enable unlimited upside for your users

honestly kind of inspiring to see HL crush it in such a crowded vertical a million perp dexes out there and they said “none of the others are as good as this one” and were right also very interesting to see the big community allocation % playing out very differently for HL vs. FT

Well there two main points for me. ⬇️ First is Community Focus. Both prioritize a strong, engaged community, driving growth without external investors or VCs. And the second is Innovative Features. They introduce unique mechanics and markets that set them apart from traditional platforms.
