If I could tell one thing to my 18 yo self, it would be this:

Health matters infinitely more than making money.

There's an interplay between the two, but given the pace of longevity tech, you get more expected value out of optimizing for health than becoming a billionaire.

Life is a 1-way ticket journey, most people don't realise that if they don't take care of their health as early as possible, all the money they made will be spent to foot the bills for their health in the later years, but having said that, without enough money you won't able to live healthy too, think of the poor ones.
