Doesn’t exist at this time. If you delegate it isn’t for specific categories. I’d recommend just voting yourself for now so you’re more dialed into the DAO.

Can delegate to lintcouncil.eth, we vote via nerman in lil nouns discord, where u just need to own 1 Lil noun to have 1 vote

Yep, I do think that delegating to experts in certain fields for specific props is a great idea, and a great use of governance opportunities

I don't know of anything like that but its totally OK to just vote on the things you have expertise on or can make impact on. A lot of people do that.
