Normalize voting AGAINST. I see voters abstaining as a way to be less harsh. It's totally fine to vote against, especially if you have a particular point of view and share it with the proposer. Abstaining should be used if an opinion can't be formed in either direction or if choose to not partake in the vote.

No on props is hard because it does create animosity and fear of payback when you put your own prop Up.

Have Nouns considered implementing private or shielded voting? Private being fully anon vote, shielded being revealed after the vote is done.
