Some more specifics about the upcoming @jutta drop.

The 10M $JUTTA won't all go at once. There will be several drops to mvr Hamcaster stakers. It will be a mix of equal drops and based on weight and optionally additional parameters

@dosir delivered token drops with Uber BASEd/HAMs which we will use under the hood from HamScout

The drops are used to test the HamScout x Uber BASEd/HAMs integration
