Today was the second time I read something about government workers "only doing their job based on the law" when faced with moral dillemas. A company who is taxed because it offers its employees healthy free lunches. (which according to Dutch law is basically "payment in kind" and as such taxable)  The fact that healthy lunches has a positve effect on the health is not an argument. "They are following the law". Be very careful with people who simply "follow the law" especially goverment workers. Always question authority.
