The current state of the TON ecosystem shows an abundance of funds but a scarcity of high-quality projects. A boss from a war-torn country injected funds into the ecosystem to showcase commitment. Projects then use the rapidly rising NOTCOIN to demonstrate ecosystem strength and foster market activity. However, the primary goal remains to attract users to engage with the ecosystem. Regarding the current issues with TON projects, the development language and approach differ from traditional ones, as it relies on Telegram component modules for development, resembling web development trends. This divergence has provided an opportunity for enterprising individuals to capitalize, purchasing ready-made projects and leveraging networks and large traffic sources to attract users for minimal development cost games.

Many people lack confidence in TON, as they criticize it for appearing too much like Web2, with trashy mini-games and copycat mini-programs. Here are some of my observations: TON should actually be referred to as the Telegram ecosystem, at least that's how I see it and have heard it defined by others before. It differs from traditional blockchain development in its approach. The skepticism may stem from the external perception of TON as an ecosystem, leading to it being unfairly labeled with the traditional blockchain tag, causing a sense of disconnect with Web3. The current development focus seems to be on monetizing Telegram, whether through Telegram Pay integration or upcoming ad placements, all aimed at enriching Telegram's revenue streams. This effort seems to be driven by a desire to monetize and capitalize on Telegram's large user base, as relying solely on minimal membership income would not attract favor from capital markets.
