There was a push to increase the blob count in Pectra. We couldn't reach consensus on that today and will spend the next month researching this further. If, by then, we feel ready to ship them, we may include them too, along with a TBD EIP changing the blob count/target.

For Fusaka, we agreed to first get EOF and PeerDAS, both of which were scheduled for Pectra, implemented and running smoothly on devnets. This should help us keep a focused scope, but leaves the door open to considering further additions once these are implemented (not before!)
