it can be built using frames.js, which already supports vercel. the package has an example that helps with the quick setup and also allows testing frame locally. only additional thing would be to scrape data from the website. are you still looking for someone to build this?

@horsefacts.eth any chance with https://gist.github.com/vrypan/2a2272d73bd66599ecdc85c88995bdf0? It would make these use cases easy to implement, without requiring a server-side component.
