What is the steel man argument that there was mass fraud in the 2020 election? Trying to understand why so many presumably intelligent people like Elon and Rogan cling to this idea despite 60+ lawsuits finding no evidence of it.

to think there is no fraud when humans are involved is to not understand humans The definition of mass needs to be defined Given how close Trump lost by, a fraud of 25,000 (?) ballots would have changed the outcome But I don’t know what it would be for those who think large scale legit fraud took place, as I don’t think it did. And fwiw both sides have every reason to lie cheat and steal
