This is VERY helpful. @pixel, I think @purple could benefit from this analysis on an ongoing basis. Opportunity might be: Define & track cohort of users at verge of Hard Activation (maybe 25x+ w/ 1-2 week lapse) so DAO can initiate TBD sequence to push them over the edge.
