Interview power users

Try to figure out why they switched to your solution and why they are passionate about it, what it means to them emotionally

validate they have a real need, not just a curiousity

Validate we are solving their need

Ah I like that especially since they’ll have to some degree influence on the further development of the project.

How would you conduct consumer feedback or some sort of feedback when you didn’t had users yet and when your product was still in development?
