New Zealand Cheddar, it's a popular cheese in Trinidad & Tobago (don't ask me how), lol, but I grew up eating it, and it's definitely a favorite. It's a very mild cheddar & I love making cheese toast with it.

Manchego is my sonโ€™s favourite. I have extremely pedestrian taste in cheese, my favourite is creamy with apricots. The rest of my family damn near has a heart attack from excitement every time we go to a fromargerie ๐Ÿ˜

I love extra-sharp aged white cheddar. I've found various ones and remember fondly some from Ireland and Scotland and Old Croc (from Australia) always works. But the best sharp white cheddar I've ever had was from a cheese shop in Reykjavik, Iceland (that is no longer open). I have a fond memory of it from 2016.

To be rather non exciting I would say good ol cheddar because itโ€™s what I enjoy most frequentlyโ€ฆ and sure it may not be special but it is so versatile in our lives. Especially during the child rearing years. Grilled Cheese Cheeseburger Snacking Fine on tacos or nachos With apple pie Tomato sandwiches Utilitarian choice I realize.
