sentiment shift… Thus far in 2023 I’ve attended 5 ethereum hackathons (Tokyo, Lisbon, Waterloo, Paris, Singapore) & 3 major conference (Denver, ethcc, 2049)… Dev sentiment hasn’t wavered - builders be building w gusto Investor sentiment has def shifted. In Denver investors were scared, Singapore enthusiastic
