Interesting to think about why projects like @drakula launch on a pre-existing but relatively new token like $DEGEN, versus rolling their own token or just launching using straight ETH $DEGEN: - ride the wave / traction / visibility - attract degen crowd Own token: - complexity w/ tokenomics - harder to bootstrap ??

I will say because Degen is the token of Base currently! He's trying to fight TikTok... he can focus on that instead of fighting everyone at once
