My hunch is that people are thinking too analogically about LLMs. (e.g. Plugins are the new App Store, OpenAI is the new Facebook). Somewhat valuable to think that way but imo, it’s more important to assess it from first principles. (Esp. with such new tech + UX)

Seeming more likely that AR will be achieved through "passthrough mode" (Looking at the real world through a camera with AR layered on top of it - e.g. What the Quest does) instead of digital light field (e.g. Magic leap, Hololens).

There seems to be a bunch of smaller products to build ($1M - $3M ARR), especially in AI + Web3, that are not venture scale outcomes by themselves. Has anyone attempted more of a multi product approach (e.g. We build AI tools for creatives) to company building?

How do you tell whether or not you're simply following a hype cycle (e.g. web3, AI) or whether you've developed a genuine conviction? I feel like it's so easy to fall into the trap of doing the consensus thing and convincing yourself that you're being contrarian (I'm guilty).

LinkedIn makes it hard for bots to scrape your data, decreasing your discoverability. I'm thinking of building a tool that lets you export your LinkedIn profile on-chain. Each milestone is a soul-bound NFT and you'll be able to batch mint them with one click. Would you use this?
