Training is an essential part of my routine, involving a balance of strength conditioning, endurance, agility drills, and mental preparation. I spend countless hours perfecting my technique, working with coaches, and pushing my body to be in peak physical condition. Skiing requires both power and finesse, and every day is an opportunity to improve, whether it’s shaving a fraction of a second off my time or refining a specific skill.
