Has anyone (especially for startup / VC side) experienced their “work” personality eating into their “personal life” personality?

I feel the need to take a step back 🫠. Send help.

Personal: I share food with friends.
Work: Principal @ Cultivation Capital.

VC -> failed to level up as an operator -> VC

Building something new. Host: /venturecapital /adventures /theitinerant

Oof. Without sounding cringe, a couple of real problems.
1. Memorize name + face for everyone almost instantly. This is especially bad for dating apps 😭.
2. Being able to read (generalize) people (background, speech pattern, non verbal language) with an uncomfortable level of accuracy.
