Can you be more descriptive? Reputation loss vs loss of seed vs compromised wallets. You can lose your crypto without reputation loss. Losing your farcaster seed? Then maybe lose your reputation. What’s the scenario

Scenario is you spend 30 years building your digital onchain reputation. 

It's become essential to your livelihood and somehow its now gone, along with the contents of all the important Access NFTs, etc. you've accumulated. 

How does one protect against that type of catastrophic loss?

You must protect against that scenario before it happens, once it happens it’s gone. If your asking specifically about what to do when it’s already lost? Hard to predict what 30 yrs in future would be but one step at a time to rebuild digital identity with new set of identifiers.
