Spoiler alert. We continuously fuck shit up in a cyclical manner. FDR βfixed itβ in the 40s with the New Deal that was slowly unraveled so that the extra money in the economy could work its way up instead of down. Now we are back to the problem Hoover was blamed for but really there were several decades of greed leading up to it. The Victorian homes all over Chicago and the east coast tell the story. They used to be single family homes, now they are all multi unit apartment buildings.
