Absolutely. In fact I generally do several go/no go checkpoints for different stages (internal roll-out, % roll-out, full roll-out) each with slightly different criteria and audience. For example, support doesn't need to sign off on internal roll-out, but obviously needs to be comfortable before customers might start reaching out :)
