Economics need to make sense on their own, web3 elements would supercharge it. 

So maybe co-working space (assuming we’d own the underlying real estate)?

I'm working on the latter

Running it via onchain software would be overkill, I agree.

But implementing web3 - based branding, community building and marketing strategy / tokenization might not be so far fetched.

Laundrymat/carwash could be interesting.

Initially I thought this made sense, but on second thought, trying to better understand if being onchain would really make sense for something like a laundromat or gas station. Seems like it would over complicate it, no?

An events venue specializing in web3 events. Tokenize the real estate. Token gate the event with tickets. Acts, bands, performers get to promote the venue and brand themselves web3. Attendees can claim POAPs or receive via AirDrop.

DC me @benersing I have an idea I've been toying with for a year now.

I'd be interested in something RE + cashflow -- apartments etc. I don't think the housing crisis is going away unfortunately.
