Where do you stand on solipsism? I see it as foundational to virtually everything else (in a first principles kind of way), and yet it is almost universally brushed aside as irrelevant, which I find oddly frustrating.

It's a hot topic right now in
consciousness research. 

It makes sense that it's been shunned by Enlightenment era hyper-materialist schools of thought.

I expect were going to see the pendulum start to swing back in the next 10-15 years.
