for me the value of ai products like dot and tame os come from writing and externalising my thinking. the ai responses rarely provide insight, but they pose great questions. space for reflection is where the value is. it's more like a journal than an assistant.

I can see the argument for treating them as such but to me, they’re like corny journals with preformatted prompts on each page. Have tried to use these tools in earnest but they always fall short in terms of providing truly introspective experiences
