Now you can create use uername as your Phantom wallet address. 

And you can follow others. 

1. Create username
Go to home or settings. Tap the Create your @username banner.
2. Follow others
Go to home. Tap search 🔎 at top right. Search the username
3. Follow me, my username is dolove and dogood123

Go to Your account page. Tap view profile. It's will show your follower. Tap. You will see the list of your following and follower. 
4. You can send token to your friend use the username
5. You can follow back. Tap the username and tap follow
