What should we do to maintain a balanced state? There are about five points that you can adjust: 1. Don’t be too demanding on yourself and allow yourself to be imperfect. 2. Don’t expect too much from others. It’s impossible for everyone to be the same as you. 3. Ease your emotions in a timely manner. You can chat with someone to talk about your worries, go out to play with friends, or divert your attention. 4. You can do some happy things, such as helping others and showing your kindness. 5. When getting along with others, peace is the most important thing. Keep a line in everything so that we can meet each other easily in the future. You can make some appropriate concessions on some things.
