Does anyone female here take Creatine? If you do can you share a bit your experiences and benefits? I’m considering in starting but not sure yet so wanted to get an idea.

My wife takes it every morning for over a year now, even when she's not going to the gym. She told me she has only noticed upsides: higher natural resistance (not getting sick), higher energy and stamina throughout the day and during workouts. It's important to pay attention to water intake.

It helps a bit on strength so good for heavy weight training, also boosts your muscles as it helps your muscles to accumulate a bit more water, it’s one of the best supplements 50 $degen

I took it for a period of time but I stopped for 2 months now as I am busy settling down from my relocation. My experience with it is that I do have more strength in lifting and it does give me a stamina boost but I did not do a loading phase which many people do.

Used it for 3 months - 3g a day w/out loading. Felt stronger and was able to add ~5kg on benchpress + ~10kg on squats. Had to stop after 3 months 'cause I think my liver was acting up.

I've heard from several women who take creatine that they've experienced positive results. Many report improved muscle strength, better workout performance, If you decide to try it, starting with a lower dose and monitoring how your body responds can be a good approach.
