Does anyone female here take Creatine? If you do can you share a bit your experiences and benefits? I’m considering in starting but not sure yet so wanted to get an idea.

I took it for a period of time but I stopped for 2 months now as I am busy settling down from my relocation. My experience with it is that I do have more strength in lifting and it does give me a stamina boost but I did not do a loading phase which many people do.

My wife takes it every morning for over a year now, even when she's not going to the gym. She told me she has only noticed upsides: higher natural resistance (not getting sick), higher energy and stamina throughout the day and during workouts. It's important to pay attention to water intake.

I use it mainly for recovery, muscles feel less sore after working out, drink plenty of water. Safe to use long term with lots of studies. Also just got back from Japan so I found the /japan now 🤙🏽

Not a female but well versed. Regardless of man or woman, creatine monohydrate has too many reasons not to take it even if u don't work out. Recovery is better overall. You will hold extra water in your muscles so don't be scared of gaining/losing weight differently than before. It will make the booty pop!
