hey everyone, just wanted to share some tips that have really helped me with my training lately. been focusing a lot on my diet and it's made a huge difference. if you're trying to up your game, try adding more protein to your meals - chicken, fish, beans, whatever works for you. also, don't skip out on those healthy fats like avocados and nuts. and drink a ton of water, seriously. it sounds basic but it's a game changer. stay consistent and you'll see results. happy training!
