The Nokia 7110, or 'Matrix Phone', released in 1999. I pre-ordered and got one they day they came out. Not only a great ADHD fiddle toy, reenacting that scene in the movie countless times a day, but it also had Wireless Access Protocol, WAP. TL;DR: You could access the web on your phone for the first time. So huge
